When the water is very calm, the reflection is very clear; when the mind is very serene, the projection of the complex world in your heart is also clear and concise. This is how the meditation leads you into a state of tranquility.

When you completely relax your body, the mind can reach tranquility. When you are really at peace, you will feel changes. You will become more sensitive; wider; as if you can hear the sound from far away; as if the weight of the shirt on your body will be heavier; you can feel the surge of Qi and blood in your body. The questions you usually can't understand suddenly have an answer at one moment, or don't even need an answer.

I used an oil stick to quickly draw on paper what I felt right after I finished my meditation. I used to feel my body melting into the transparent air and knew that life was a small flame slowly burning in my body. Sometimes it felt like my arms stretched infinitely, trying to perceive the borders beyond the distant boundaries.

Another part of my painting is to capture certain moments in my daily life that touch me. It feels like a moment on a trip when you can't help but raise your phone and take a picture of a beautiful scene that moves you. For example, the clouds rolling in the sky, the watering plants on the grass, the flowers blooming on the windowsill. The cat snoring on the couch.

I've always been fascinated by depicting borders. I see snails crawling inside and outside of glass windows, I see little fish swimming in transparent plastic bags. Don't completely believe your eyes. Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. We are all inside all of borders, visible borders or invisible borders, physical borders or unphysical borders.

Many times, making a painting is like an exclamation. It's fantastic!
